Terms of Service

By accessing or using Stackra ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Stackra is operated by HorizonPlus. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
These terms govern your use of the website audit tool available at stackra.app, including the analysis pipeline, report pages, account features, and any associated APIs.
Stackra is designed for analyzing websites that you own, operate, or have explicit authorization to assess. By submitting a URL for analysis, you confirm that you have the right to request an automated audit of that website.
You agree not to:
- Submit URLs you do not own or have permission to analyze
- Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other security measures
- Use the Service to collect competitive intelligence on websites without their knowledge in a way that violates applicable law
- Automate or script submissions in a way that disrupts the Service or third-party websites
- Resell, republish, or redistribute analysis reports as your own proprietary data
Violations of this policy may result in account suspension and, where required, reporting to relevant authorities.
Stackra's analysis reports combine deterministic technical signals with AI-generated narrative content. Understanding which parts are which is important for correctly interpreting your results.
What is deterministic
Technical metrics (page speed, security headers, crawl data, technology detection, structured data presence) are measured directly from your website. These results are reproducible and not influenced by AI.
What is AI-generated
The three persona narratives (CMO/Conversion, SEO Expert, and CTO/Technical) are generated by large language models. These sections include qualitative interpretation, prioritized recommendations, and Growth Readiness Score adjustments based on the persona's judgment.
AI-generated content reflects the model's interpretation of your website's publicly accessible signals. It may occasionally be incomplete, imprecise, or not applicable to your specific context. It should be used as informed guidance, not a definitive audit.

Limitations of AI analysis
- AI personas assess publicly accessible signals only; they cannot access content behind login walls
- Results represent a point-in-time snapshot and may not reflect recent changes to your website
- Scores are not a guarantee of search engine rankings, conversion rates, or business outcomes
- Accessibility scoring reflects WCAG 2.2 automated testing; it is not a legal certification of ADA compliance
- Always apply professional judgment before acting on AI-generated recommendations
Stackra is provided as a free service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service relies on several third-party platforms, and outages or changes at any of those providers can affect Stackra's functionality.

We monitor these dependencies and design the analysis pipeline to degrade gracefully where possible. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party provider outages, API deprecations, or pricing changes.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HorizonPlus and Stackra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, reliance on analysis results, or actions taken based on our recommendations.
Third-party websites
Stackra accesses publicly available information from websites you submit. We implement rate limiting to minimize server impact. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a revised effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
